St. David's Urgent Care - Kyle at 5401 S. FM 1626, Suite 140, Kyle, Texas.

DO NOT GO TO THE PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
I went there because I dislocated my knee and they put my a knee brace. The doctor on duty said I should be on crutches for six weeks and wrote me a doctors note for class/work. I go to Texas State University-San Marcos. I went to the Office of Disabilities to get the services offered to me. One of the services I absolutely needed was "Cats on the Go." It is a service where the University Police Department picks you up in a golf cart and take you from class to class. This service is essential because Texas State is a huge campus with many many stairs and hills (it is located in the hill country) and it is impossible to navigate on crutches, also considering that all my classes are far away from each other. Your doctor has to sign off on it. THE DOCTOR AT THIS URGENT CARE CENTER REFUSED TO SIGN OFF ON THIS FORM AND HAS PHYSICALLY AND EMOTIONALLY DISABLED ME EVEN MORE. I CRIED ON THE PHONE TO HIM FOR TEN MINUTES TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT I NEED THIS SERVICE BECAUSE I CAN'T PHYSICALLY GET TO CLASS AND THAT I AM ALREADY MISSING SOME OF MY CLASSES. HE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO REASONS, BESIDES SAYING, "YOU ARE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT." THEN, HE HUNG UP ON ME! THIS MAN IS EXTREMELY ARROGANT, UNEDUCATED, UNETHICAL, AND DOESN'T DO HIS JOB AS A DOCTOR (TO HELP PEOPLE IN NEED). I AM PLANNING ON SUING THIS MAN BECAUSE HE HAS MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT. THIS PLACE HAS HURT ME MORE THAN MY INJURY HAS.
